About the Workshop

A cupcake bouquet decorating workshop teaches participants to pipe buttercream flowers and arrange them into a stunning, edible bouquet. These hands on sessions cover base . These hands-on sessions cover base preparation, color toning, and securing techniques, allowing beginners to create and take home a professional-looking floral masterpiece.

You will learn how to make:

Rosettes
Chrysanthenum
Sunflower
Hydrangea
Daisies
Tulips
Carnation

Inclusion: 7PCS ready to decorate cupcakes, buttercream frosing, cups, cakeboard, ribbon and wrapping paper; all tools provided (piping bag, spatula, piping tip/ nozzles, palettes and sprinkles); Beverage to sip and snacks while creating cupcake bouquet

Aejean is a dessert creative and owner of Petite Gateries Bakeshop for almost 13 years.

She started as a home based cake business which specializes in fondant birthday cakes. Due to her passion in baking unique pastries and commitment to produce elegantly crafted cakes, the business has grown through the years and later dove into creating custom wedding, christening cakes and other special occasion products like dessert buffet and pastries.
