About the Workshop
If you could paint a map of your soul, what would it look like? Let’s go within, take some time to explore and get to know our inner garden. We will begin the class with a short meditation and visualization exercise. Afterwards, we will be using the meditation experience as an inspiration for creating our very own abstract soulscape. No painting and meditation experience needed – this workshop is open for beginners.

As a visual artist, art workshop facilitator, therapeutic art life coach, and energy worker (Reiki, Akashic Records, Creative Portal Empowerment™), Anna brings a unique touch to her creations that goes beyond the canvas. Blending her personal spiritual practice with an intuitive approach to artmaking, Anna views each piece as a channelled prayer infused with deliberate intentions. Through her visual narratives, she endeavors to prompt a collective recollection of our shared humanity and divinity.
Actively engaging in the art community, Anna participates in group exhibits and art bazaars to extend the energetic reach of her work.
Anna’s philosophy centers on the belief that everyone possesses an inherent artistic ability, and she is committed to fostering this creative power in others through in-person group art workshops.
