About the Workshop
Get started on stitching! This Basic Embroidery class will have you learning the basic stitches to get you started on the colorful and texture-filled journey of this craft. At the end of the session, each participant will have finished a stitch sampler, and will have the knowhow to get started on other patterns, their own, or ones supplied in books.
Each participant gets the following in their kit:
- Printed stitch sampler guide
- Embroidery hoop
- An assortment of embroidery floss
- Embroidery needles
- Transfer paper
- Fabric and pattern for a second project

Workshop Instructor
Marielle is a designer and multi-disciplinary maker. She teaches a broad range of crafts, but focuses on making soaps, candles, as well as working on embroidery, and sewing at the studio.
