About the Workshop
A hands-on creative workshop about revisiting memories and adding a little wonder to the photographs that hold them.
Choose a photograph that means something to you, then use thread, embroidery, and simple stitching techniques to transform it. Add flowers, stars, patterns, words, little details—or anything your imagination can dream up. You can bring your own photograph, choose from our collection of images, or send us a photo ahead of time for printing.
For this workshop, we are partnering with Bee Happy Crafts for on-site printing of photographs.
Open to adults and young adults 13 years old and above.
Keina of Hiwaga Hands
Workshop Instructor
Keina is a writer, cyclist, adventure guide, serial hobbyist, Reiki practitioner, and cat mom. She finds joy and fulfillment in encouraging and enabling people to take up space, co-create, and dream together. She relearned sewing by mending and embroidering her old clothes.
