Francine Lima
Workshop Instructor
Francine Lima is a book artist and papermaker based in Metro Manila. She started as a self-taught bookbinder and has branched out after studying under book artists and papermakers locally and abroad. She aims to use book arts to create works that emphasize the intimate process of working with paper, fibers, and other materials, while emphasizing personal and social issues. As much as possible, she tries to incorporate natural, handmade, and repurposed elements into her work.
