About the Workshop
Celebrate the season with a fun and creative gingerbread decorating activity. This hands-on class is perfect for individuals or families (4 participants per group) who want to build and design their own festive gingerbread house together.
Participants will work with pre-baked gingerbread pieces, royal icing, and a variety of colorful candies to decorate their own edible holiday centerpiece. The activity will be guided by a facilitator who will walk everyone through the basics of assembling, piping, and decorating, helping bring each sweet creation to life.
Each participant or group will have their own decorating station complete with tools and materials. By the end of the class, everyone will have a finished gingerbread house ready to take home, complete with a box and ribbon for safe transport.
This workshop is a wonderful way to get into the holiday spirit, spark creativity, and enjoy a cozy bonding activity that brings everyone together.
Workshop Schedule Options:
- 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
- 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM
Participants will receive a Gingerbread House Cookie Kit that includes:
- Gingerbread house pieces (cookies)
- Shaped cookies for additional decorating
- 3 sets of royal icing
- Assorted candies for customized toppers
- Box and ribbon with gift card
- A small thank-you gift after the workshop

Workshop Instructor
Aejean is a dessert creative and owner of Petite Gateries Bakeshop for almost 13 years.
She started as a home based cake business which specializes in fondant birthday cakes. Due to her passion in baking unique pastries and commitment to produce elegantly crafted cakes, the business has grown through the years and later dove into creating custom wedding, christening cakes and other special occasion products like dessert buffet and pastries.
