About the Workshop
Learn the basics of calligraphy, and start with the brush! In this fun workshop with Gaya of GCrafts, you’ll be introduced to the proper use of a brush pen, as well as the letterforms that go with the beautiful visual cadence of brush script. You’ll also get to try flourishing, as well as learn to use an embosser!
Topics to be covered:
- Basic brush strokes/drill
- Letter and word formation
- Basic flourishing
- Blending techniques
- Embossing demo and experience
Each student will receive a kit that includes:
- Worksheets
- Calligraphy brush pen
- Clipboard
- Personalized journal
