Mixed Knots is a fun and beginner-friendly macrame workshop where creativity meets style and functionality! In this hands-on session, you’ll learn the basics of macrame knotting while crafting your very own colorful lanyard fit for everyday use as a phone/bag/tumbler strap. We’ll guide you through essential techniques, provide a colorful selection of ropes you can mix and match to reflect your own personality, and help you craft a piece that’s uniquely yours. Whether you’re new to crafting or just looking for a relaxing creative outlet, this workshop is the perfect way to unwind, connect, and leave with something beautiful and functional.
What we’ll provide:
Assorted colors of 3mm macrame cotton rope (each attendee will use a total of approximately 20-30 yards of cotton rope)
Assorted colors of keychain clasps (each attendee gets to take home 4 pcs)
Crafting materials: tape measure, scissors, S-hooks
What we’ll make
One short strap suitable for a water bottle or small purse
One long strap suitable for a phone or a sling bag
